My Tarot journey began in the late 70’s in an old hall in North London with an incongruous, remarkable and enigmatic Cockney called Leo.

Each week a large chalk oblong was drawn on the wooden floor and we would start, under his tutelage, to add the figures, symbology of energetic connections, hieroglyphics, sacred geometry, astrological and numerological influences and frequences associated with the cards.

From these meetings we created our own pack which became the Tarot of Frownstrong, which I have used ever since, one of only 500 we had printed.

I did my first public Tarot Readings on Saturdays in London’s Camden Market, when it was just one enclosed hall and a couple of dozen stalls in the courtyard. With each reading my wonder and respect for the Tarot grew, as did my relationship with these mysterious cards. 

Since then, I feel incredibly fortunate for the opportunities I have had to learn from a diverse range of spiritual and humanitarian teachers and engage in the many rich Eastern and Western personal development experiences they have led me to.

These include meditation, natural Earth energies, Vedic breathing techniques, personal and business coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming, all of which I teach and seem to express their own influences in the Tarot readings.
