Through my own experiences, I have come to care deeply about how people cope with navigating their way through life.
About my practice
I want to acknowledge that even beginning this process is brave and I understand it can feel scary or perhaps overwhelming to access a helping relationship with a therapist or counsellor for the first time.
The therapeutic process is unique for everyone, so finding the right person to support you is important.
Life inevitably includes suffering, and it can lead to circumstances, emotions, and behaviours that challenge our ability to feel like we can cope.
Why choose psychotherapy?
Trauma, bereavement, addictions, abuse, and loneliness are just a few of the many challenges talking therapy can help with.
At the heart of my practice, I offer a space where we can enter into a process that can help bring greater understanding and meaning to your experiences.
I am currently training at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and counselling, completing MA in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, and at this time I can offer a low-cost service.
