Our beautiful Meditation room allows you to create your own calm and relaxation in a scrumptious and cosy environment. It’s easier to declutter your mind and unwind when you feel comfortable and at ease.
We would love for you to join one of our small supportive groups for Holistic Personal Growth, Wellbeing, and Spiritual Development amongst likeminded people. The mindfulness exercises for groups are limited to 5 attendees plus the Mediation Facilitator.
