Nicky is a fully certified Nutritional Therapist and wellness coach. She strongly believe we all deserve to have good health; so we can live our lives to the fullest and have the freedom to do what we wish.

Nicky offers evidence based nutritional and lifestyle guidance and health coaching that’s practical and achievable for busy lives, to those who want to get their energy and health back on top!

Without good health we can’t be free – she knows – after 2 years of being house bound through chronic pain following cancer treatment, she wasn’t living her life how she wanted it or thought she’d be living!

She definitely didn’t have ANY freedom.

Her high achieving, go getting personality had to learn to slow down and listen to her body.

So she quit her job and decided to reshape her future and with it came her vision to help prevent other stressed out, hard-working individuals from getting into the mess she did!

She uses personalised Nutritional Programmes integrating health coaching as we are unique, and there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. Learning about how to live a healthier lifestyle is one thing; putting it into practice is another! With coaching, people are 80% more likely to succeed than they would with simply taking nutritional advice.

Her aim is to inspire and empower you to embrace your future in a state of well-being, gain greater control of your health & life; and live the life you desire!

As a certified yoga teacher, Nicky specialises in restorative practices and holds combined Nutrition and Yoga workshops to help Restore, Re-balance and Reconnect on a physical, mental and emotional level.

Nicky is fully insured and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC)

I approached Nicky to help me with a long term digestive problem, energy dips during the day and stress management. After a very thorough interview she devised a 12 week programme for me to follow to tackle these issues, which I did. This was helped by regular follow up calls which kept me motivated and also helped solve any problems I was having with following the various regimes. I liked her holistic view of my situation, making changes across a range of my activities, which felt more sustainable than simply trying to reduce symptoms.
I noticed a marked improvement across the areas that I was concerned about whilst working together and have remained motivated to continue the changes that Nicky helped me put in place.
