I’m delighted that you are considering Hypnotherapy, it can help you to be the best that you can be, by ridding you of phobias, anxiety & depression or give up unwanted bad habits. It can improve your performance in exams, interviews, driving tests, increase your chances of pregnancy, or to prepare for a calm, comfortable, easy birth using HypnoBirthing techniques.
As a mother of two it has become completely natural for me to specialise in all issues related to stress and anxiety in women and young people, and over the 11 years that I have been practising as a Hypnotherapist in London and Wiltshire I have seen a wide variety of issues and I am passionate about helping my clients make positive change in their lives.
Hypnotherapy brings confidence, often increasing physical and mental well being in only a few sessions. It is a completely natural and safe method that has been around for thousands of years. I want my clients to improve their lives for the long term and therefore always teach clients self help techniques, or life skills, to use when they are on their own. I will also record our session and provide you with an MP3 recording so that you can listen at home and reinforce the changes that you want to make.
Hannah discovered Hypnotherapy whilst trying to fall pregnant with her first child and was amazed by what an effect it had. After her first son was born, she left her career in the City in 2006 to study hypnosis to help others benefit in the same way. During her second pregnancy, she studied the Mongon Method of HypnoBirthing and had an exciting and positive experience using hypnosis during the labour and went on to have a wonderfully calm delivery at home. As a result she is passionate about the subject and has helped over 250 couples have positive and empowering birth experiences.
