Rebecca Forster-Haig

BSc(Hons)

Rebecca is a military wife and mother of two girls. Helping people is her passion. She is a qualified Sports Therapist with a first class degree, who has experience working with all aspects of sporting and non-sporting activities and injuries. Tenures include Help for Heroes treating injured veterans and in private clinical practice treating patients with physical activity related injuries, including a range of ages and abilities.

Being a Sports Therapist is a vocation not just a job for Rebecca. She has fitness and sport at the very centre of her life, competing in trail and road running events as well as cross terrain adventure racing. She is also a very keen golfer (when not having babies!) playing at county level for many years as well as a plethora of other sporting interests.

Using professional and personal experience to aid her diagnosis and treatment of injury, she will aid those preparing for recovering from any challenge, whether it be your first marathon or first walk without pain. She believes everyone has the potential and right to train, play and live a pain free heathy life and Rebecca aims to facilitate this with her treatments!
