I have had a passion for health and well-being for many years and decided to develop my wellness career after falling ill with Adrenal Fatigue in 2015. This was a great opportunity to change my lifestyle with a more mindful approach. I trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (Level 1 & 2) with James Winstanley (Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Institute) in 2016 and then completed my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with the True North Vinyasa Yoga school in 2019.

Having massage and yoga training experience really helps me to work closely with clients and tailor their individual needs through bespoke bodywork practice.

My style of massaging is quite unique as it combines of use of deep tissue oil massage with assisted yoga stretches. We will work with the breath using an inhale or exhale to work deeper into the stretch. It is a very dynamic style of massage which is ideal for working into areas of tension in the mind & body. This style of massage is wonderful for increasing flexibility and body movement.
