Jill Sudbury

 

Jill is an experienced complementary therapist and has run a successful practice for 20 years, starting at the Marlborough Natural Health Centre and now at the Wellbeing Clinic which she runs, together with a team of dedicated therapists.

She was trained as an ophthalmic, general and psychiatric nurse, eventually working as a community psychiatric nursing Sister in London, Bristol & Wiltshire.

She is passionate about inspiring others to heal themselves and has helped many clients through times of physical and emotional challenges. She will support you through these times and encourage you to move forward in the best way for you, understanding that we are individuals and change comes at different timescales, bringing out the best in you as she can always see your true potential. Clients know that they can always see her, for follow ups when the need arises.

Jill is approachable and her warmth and relaxed manner encourages those to feel comfortable during a session.

As she is a multi-disciplined therapist, she will work with you with the therapy that most suits you.

She has a ready humour and aims to comfort, reassure, heal and help you to achieve your goals.

She feels that ‘letting go’, ‘feeling loved enough’, ‘making life decisions’, and overcoming emotional and physical challenges are reasons why we could do with some therapy, whatever form it takes. She is intuitive and is aware that every problem has a gift for you to learn and grow. She also knows that we are not perfect and celebrates our imperfections! She believes that we can be fearful & also hard on ourselves.

Jill has run groups in Mindfulness and also leads some of the meditation evenings held at the clinic.

So whether you feel low, anxious, have physical challenges of any kind, there is nothing that cannot be improved upon. You may just want some relaxation and time for you with Reflexology, Reiki or Hypnotherapy or you may like to improve your chances of fertility, learn about Hypnobirthing, Counselling during times of stress, or to keep yourself healthy, a session may make a great difference to your life.
